All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class service with full tracking available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our returns policy is simple. If something isn't right, simply get in touch with us within 14 days from the date of your purchase and we'll either arrange a collection or provide a returns label.
Can I return a faulty item?
If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
Please note it is your responsibility to return any items to us. We recommend using a recorded service or acquiring a proof of posting certificate. It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.
All returns to our warehouse are quarantined for 72 hours before they are processed as a precaution and to protect our associates from COVID-19.
If you are returning items for a refund because they are faulty we will refund you the price you paid for the item (including delivery charges) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any personalised replica shirts as these have been customised to your requirements.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel this contract up to 14 days following the day on which we deliver your order to you.
